COVID 19 VACCINATION FOR SEAFARERS
During Covid 19 Vaccination was very important without 2 dose of vaccination they are not able to sail.
in guidence of NUSI General Secretary from NUS DIU BRANCH many application was given to diu collector and health department diu.As per Govt Guidelines vaccination for age of 45 is easyly available andd 2nd dose gape is 86 days after starting vaccination for age of 18 + also 86 days are very tough
From NUSI diu Branch 31/5/2021 one application for priority for covid 19 vaccine is given and discuss the issue how seafarers are facing difficulty then after starting 18+ vaccination also application given and demand to diu govt on 330/6/2021 to diu collector and health department diu seafarers of diu district get started vaccination on priority and gape should be reduce to 28 days and diu is only district where 2nd dose of vaccination started getting on base of indian c.d.c and pass port company letter is nor require for vaccinatio and form of vaccination are fill up from nusi diu branch office
